What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We do have different shipping methods available depending on the number of items purchased, the quantity and destination.

For locations within Lagos, we do use the services of indigenous logistics services providers with whom we’ve built credible business relations with. Such deliveries depending on the time such order (s) is /are placed, will have to be delivered within 24 hrs. If by chance any challenges arise, the customer shall be notified by a call followed by an email.

For locations outside Lagos, we also employe the services of three reputable logistics service providers;

ABC Cargo, located at  Jibowu Yaba, with branches nationwide.

GiG Logistics, located at Oshodi-Gbagada Expressway, Gbagada  with branches nationwide

KExpress Logistics, located at Cocoa Road, Ogba-Ikeja, Lagos with locations nationwide.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

The standard time to get your package within Lagos is 24 hrs except in cases of delay due to weather, road conditions or technical hitches.

For locations outside Lagos, it usually takes 24-72 hours to get your products except in remote locations where motorable access is deemed difficult. Such cases will incur an extended time frame such as an extra 48 hrs.

However, it is also advisable to place a call to any of the numbers listed on the website should there be cases of delays witnessed by all parties involved in the shipping and delivery of customer items

No. You do not need to register an account before you can place an order, however it is at your sole discretion so as to be able to track your items. If you have placed your order through any of our social media handles, you can track your orders through the emails that will be sent to your email address or phone number provided at the point of placing your order.
